Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for Business SOX IA to support SOX 404 and internal audit engagements across software, technology, and manufacturing clients. You will supervise engagements, lead staff, and coordinate with client management to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work.

The role requires a strong SOX background, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in public accounting or internal audit.
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act, COSO, GAAP, GAAS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and execute client engagements from start to finish.
• Lead a team of staff and communicate engagement status to stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of client processes and assess internal controls.
• Prepare control descriptions and assist with risk assessment for SOX engagements.
