Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for Business SOX IA to support SOX 404 and internal audit engagements. Ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in SOX within software and technology environments.

The role includes supervising client engagements, evaluating internal controls, and coaching team members. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or corporate internal audit.
• Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and internal audit processes.
• Desire or progress on relevant professional designations (e.g., CPA, CIA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and execute client engagements from start to finish.
• Develop understanding of clients’ business processes and internal controls.
• Coach team members on documentation and internal control evaluations.
