Job summary

You will train staff, manage portions and cost controls, and respond to guest concerns with professionalism while coordinating with other F&B managers and daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of related progressive experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques and health department rules.
• Must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and manage staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily kitchen operation for hot, cold, and bakery items.
• Train staff, enforce food specifications, portion control and sanitation.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and food cost, and labor costs.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and requisition procedures.
• Prepare daily production sheets and reports for management.
