You will drive menu innovation, enforce standards of excellence, and mentor junior staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-volume, upscale kitchen, with leadership experience.
• Culinary degree or equivalent training.
• Valid health and safety certification per local regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute menu offerings, including costing and presentation.
• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with consistent quality.
• Mentor and train kitchen staff including sous chefs and line cooks.
• Oversee service periods and ensure timely food production.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Assist in kitchen scheduling and labor cost management.
• Collaborate on seasonal menus and culinary events.
