Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior cooking/culinary experience required.
• Ability to supervise cooks and food-service staff.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow approved recipes and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling, payroll, training, and reviews.
• Stores food following sanitation procedures and keeps areas clean.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains equipment and workstation sanitation during service.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Explains daily menu items accurately to associates and customers.
• Maintains peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor if supplies are low.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
