Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Formal culinary education or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dining Supervisor in training new associates and addressing questions or issues.
• Quality-check all production; taste items to ensure appearance, texture, taste and temperature meet standards; correct as needed.
• Prepare forecasted quantities and follow recipes; coordinate production with service.
• Assist Dining Supervisor with menu planning, ordering, inventory, events, and catering tasks.
