The role requires one year of cooking and leadership experience, with a fixed pay rate of $21.00 per hour, and a schedule Monday through Friday with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include guiding cooks, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating kitchen operations.

Responsabilidades

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils, and ensures proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory, deliveries, and waste; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
