Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at Charis Bible College in Woodland Park, CO. The role requires at least 5 years of culinary experience and 2 years in supervision. The pay range is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, with a full-time schedule that may vary by week.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates including scheduling, payroll, training and reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following sanitation procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Explains daily menu items to associates and customers.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries, tracks production and waste.
