Job summary

Eurest in Greenwood Village, CO is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for a high-volume catering operation located at Empower, 8505 E Orchard Road. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 am–2:00 pm. Requires upscale catering experience; reports to Executive Chef; assists in coordinating cooks and staff.

Pay range is $24.00–$27.00 per hour. Applications are accepted ongoing until positions are filled. Benefits are offered for full-time employees as part of Eurest’s comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Upscale, high-volume catering experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following all food safety procedures.
• Ensures proper handling, presentation, and serving temperatures of dishes.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and workstation; keeps display area clean during service.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints and relay information to supervisor.
