Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead culinary teams in a state-of-the-art kitchen environment. You will oversee production, ensure adherence to recipes, and maintain high food safety and quality standards for resident meals.

This role requires 3+ years of full-service culinary experience and at least 6 months of supervisory experience, with weekend availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years full-service culinary experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience required.
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and work in hot and cold areas.

Responsabilités

• Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline of culinary staff; oversees kitchen in Chef's absence.
• Manages daily kitchen production and timely resident meals.
• Directs preparation and service of menu items with recipes, safety, and dietary compliance.
• Oversees sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen, storage, and loading dock.
