Job summary

You will partner with QA/RA, R&D, and Operations to optimize costs, establish risk-management frameworks, and scale procurement while maintaining strict compliance and supplier performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 5–7 years in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
• ERP experience with emphasis on QAD and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Proven track record of contract negotiations, cost savings, and data-driven decision making using Excel or ERP analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies for direct materials, sub-assemblies, and specialized services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and SLAs with key suppliers to support scaling.
• Identify vulnerabilities and develop secondary sourcing and risk-management frameworks.
• Qualify suppliers with QA/RA and manage supplier changes and notifications.
• Conduct market analysis, TCO modeling, and spend analytics to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to transition components from prototype to production.
