Job summary

Crusoe in Denver is seeking a hands-on Sourcing Specialist to manage BOM, hardware requisitions, and procurement execution for GPU/CPU server deployments across Crusoe data centers. You will partner with deployment engineering, cloud operations, and finance to keep deployments on schedule.

This role requires deep hardware fluency, experience with Coupa, DCIM/NetBox, and global supplier coordination. You will lead RFQs, manage POs, onboarding, and compliance, and drive automation of procurement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or hardware deployment operations.
• Strong working knowledge of compute server hardware and BOMs.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar ERP/procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• BOM planning, hardware requisitions, and procurement execution for GPU/CPU server deployments.
• Lead RFQ cycles, quote analysis, and supplier comparison with the Senior Sourcing Manager.
• Own end-to-end PO creation, changes, invoice reconciliation, and payment follow-up in Coupa.
• Drive supplier onboarding, NDA coordination, and vendor compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate hardware tracking in NetBox/DCIM and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Deployment, Cloud Operations, Finance, Legal, and Logistics.
• Provide rapid-response procurement for urgent deployments and expedites.
• Prepare procurement status reports, PO trackers, and supplier performance updates.
• Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities in procurement.
