• High-volume sourcing experience and ability to manage pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration with TA teams, Hiring Managers and HR partners.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing, CRM activities, and insights.
• Ability to evaluate candidate profiles and match to opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy: manage candidate pipelines in Avature and publish longlists for TA teams.
• Talent Attraction: publish and monitor job ads to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Data & Process Management: maintain candidate data and manage postings in the ATS.
• Candidate Journey Coordination: track progress and coordinate interview scheduling.
