Truist in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to manage complex procurement activities across P2P, contracts and risk assessments. You will coordinate with contract managers, legal and suppliers, negotiate spend, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Mentors junior teammates and supports business partners across IT, HR, and facilities. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or 4–6+ years in sourcing/procurement, strong MS Office skills, and proven stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field or 4-6+ years in sourcing/procurement.
• Expert in procurement and supply chain management.
• Identify legal and business issues and risks in contracts.
• Ability to interact tactfully with numerous stakeholders.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong relationship management with senior leaders at Truist.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of and drive procure-to-pay processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including contract management, legal, and SMEs.
• Negotiate contract spend to be reasonable and competitive.
• Aim for cost avoidance or savings and manage enterprise spend.
• Ensure contract terms align with business needs and parent agreements.
• Develop relationships with partners, contract managers, legal, and procurement ops.
• Ensure procedures are followed: manage expectations, provide weekly updates.
• Review contract requests for PO procurement and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate project kick-offs and Third Party Risk Assessments.
• Mentor junior teammates and provide training.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
