Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6–10 years in sourcing or related functions.
• Knowledge of markets, suppliers and cost drivers.
• Experience managing matrixed supplier relationships.
• Direct management experience in sourcing/procurement within Financial Services or regulated industries.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to consolidate suppliers and drive spend to preferred suppliers.
• Subject matter expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and partner with Category Managers/Directors to implement category strategies.
• Understand current category activity and maximize value through SSM engagement.
• Lead cross functional teams to develop specifications, RFIs, RFPs, contracts and project plans.
• Perform market data analysis for negotiations and supplier selection.
• Prepare commodity performance metrics and dashboards; ensure best sourcing practices.
• Execute full sourcing process including scope, supplier selection, negotiation and contracts.
• Engage risk stakeholders for sourcing activity and manage project pipelines.
