We're looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to lead the management of key categories, drive supplier performance, and shape sourcing strategies that fuel our growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned categories end-to-end, including sourcing strategy, supplier selection, pricing negotiations, contracting, and ongoing performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive cost, quality, service, and innovation.
• Source, assess, and onboard new suppliers aligned with evolving business needs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and service levels to drive cost savings, quality improvements, service reliability, and innovation.
• Stay current with market trends, supply risk factors, and category developments to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
• Contribute to procurement process improvements and support broader initiatives such as sustainability, supplier diversity, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate closely with all business functions to understand needs and deliver sourcing solutions that support strategic priorities.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a strong track record of owning categories and managing direct supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in driving measurable savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
