THE OPPORTUNITY: The Senior Sourcing Specialist drives global supply chain success by streamlining processes, managing supplier partnerships, and leading cost-saving initiatives. Collaborating across teams and reporting to the Director of Operations, this role plays a key part in reducing risk and boosting efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in identifying cost-saving opportunities within current supply chains to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborates with existing strategic partners across multiple regions to help ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Supports the development of new global partnerships with contract manufacturers to reduce supply chain risks and improve resilience
• Helps manage the transition of manufacturing to alternative global supply lines when appropriate
• Assists in managing logistical needs and negotiations within supply lines to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
• Contributes to the development and implementation of supply chain processes and standards in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Works with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Warehouse Operations, to support alignment with company objectives
• Assists in the creation and distribution of RFQ packages for new products during the development phase to ensure suppliers and partners receive complete and accurate information

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, or procurement, particularly within a global manufacturing environment
• Experience in managing international suppliers and contract manufacturing partnerships
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, RFQ management tools)

WORK LOCATION: Realityworks, Inc. is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a fully remote position, working from a home office.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Occasional travel required, both domestic and international, as needed
