Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions leader, seeks a proactive Sourcing and Procurement professional to support the Global Computing Division and its clients in Boston. You will generate quotations, liaise with suppliers, manage purchase orders, and provide high-level customer service while upholding compliance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process sales quotations under the global computing division banner
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules on behalf of clients within your assigned business unit
• Where called upon, expedite purchase orders to ensure on time delivery
• Co-ordinate and process supplier Purchase Orders
• Provide general administrative support to Sourcing Manager
• Ad hoc support/cover for other members of the GCD team where necessary ensuring acceptable service levels are maintained
• Assist wherever required with both clients and suppliers to resolve any issue or dispute including, when required any financial issues
• Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times
• Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Expedite quickly and clearly any issues which may impact the business to Senior Management

Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times including after sales support whilst maximizing profitability for the Rebound Group.
