Fortune 500 retailer in Dublin, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing for Industrial Construction & Facilities Engineering. Hybrid role with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, offering a base salary up to $150–$175k plus bonus.

Responsibilities include developing multi-year sourcing strategies, leading RFPs and supplier evaluations, and delivering cost savings through value engineering while ensuring regulatory compliance and executive-level communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.
• CCPS, CCM, or CPSM certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for Industrial Construction and Facilities Maintenance.
• Lead analytics to identify high-cost categories and create roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements.
• Manage end-to-end RFPs, vendor evaluations, and TCO modeling.
• Onboard suppliers and monitor performance via QBRs and executive meetings.
• Drive cost savings through value engineering and competitive bidding.
• Facilitate handover from Development to Facilities Maintenance at go-live.
• Establish risk mitigation strategies through contracting and compliance.
• Review construction contracts to reduce risks and capture savings.
• Address redlines with Legal/IT to manage supply constraints.

Formation

BA/BS in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering

MBA or master's degree preferred
