e.l.f. Beauty seeks an Accounting Senior Manager in Los Angeles, CA to own core accounting operations and lead the monthly close. You will bridge rhode's finance team with e.l.f. Beauty's corporate accounting, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years of accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, NetSuite and advanced Excel skills, and experience in multi-channel retail. Hybrid work 3+ days in office; salary $110K-$140K plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience leading a month-end close and preparing financial statements.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close ensuring GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses.
• Consolidate results for leadership and corporate reporting.
• Oversee A/P, A/R, and expense management operations.
• Improve processes, automation, and internal controls with SOX readiness.
• Mentor accounting staff and support cross-functional partners.
