Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of Sourcing or related work experience.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Associate's degree with 10+ years of Sourcing or related work experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 12+ years of Sourcing or related work experience. (Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience)

Responsibilities

• Develops new processes and efficient sourcing methods based on Qualcomm principles.
• Develops sourcing strategies aligned with business unit objectives for products or technology.
• Guides internal customers with sourcing options considering technology, cost, risks and schedule.
• Leads data analysis to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Develops contract negotiation strategies including IP licensing, pricing, and supply assurance.

Education

Bachelor's degree + 8+ years Sourcing or related work experience
