Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of sourcing experience, or an Associate's with 10+ years, or HS with 12+ years.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.
• Preferred: 4+ years in a large matrixed organization.
• Preferred: 4+ years in a leadership role (with or without direct reports).
• Preferred: 3+ years interacting with senior leadership (Sr. Director level+).
• Preferred: 2+ years working with cost projection and management.

Responsibilities

• Develops new processes and efficient sourcing methods and aligns teams to implement them.
• Develops sourcing strategies aligned with supplier engagements and business objectives.
• Guides internal customers on options based on technology, cost, risks, and schedule.
• Leads advanced data analysis to identify problems and solutions.
• Develops contract negotiation strategies including IP licensing and device development.
• Collaborates to plan work considering design changes, cost targets, and schedules.
