Qualifications

• 6+ years of contract administration, legal, or procurement experience with end-to-end lifecycle focus.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining and negotiating procurement contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, negotiates and executes complex supplier agreements with legal, stakeholders, sourcing, finance and cross-functional teams.
• Develops contract strategies to protect Qualcomm business, IP, and leadership positions.
• Researches, analyzes, and presents contractual positions with focus on risk mitigation; manages contract outcomes.
• Leads contract management systems and processes to align with business unit requirements.
• Drives process improvements to reduce cycle time and non-value-added costs.
