Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a sourcing professional to develop and execute strategies for test equipment and hardware, partnering with internal customers to optimize technology, cost and schedule requirements and drive procurement to completion.

You will manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate costs, lead RFQs, and define roadmaps for test hardware and outsourced manufacturing, ensuring readiness for NPI and ramp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of sourcing or related experience; or 8+ years with an Associate's; or 10+ with a HS diploma.
• Experience with strategic supplier management and complex negotiations.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationships for Qualcomm Test suppliers and equipment.
• Negotiate costs, lead RFQs, and manage contracts & Master Purchase Agreements.
• Develop strategies for test hardware and outsourced manufacturing based on forecast and cost.
