Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain for Datacenter Compute Infrastructure (Starlink). You will build and lead a sourcing team handling GPUs, CPUs, storage, servers, and racks to support large-scale AI compute facilities.

This role partners with engineering, architecture, and vendors to define multi-year roadmaps, secure supply, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining high quality and reliability. Onsite in Austin or Palo Alto with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 14+ years experience in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, or commodity management with focus on compute hardware (GPUs, CPUs, storage, and/or servers).
• 4+ years of experience in people management and in building, leading sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high-performing sourcing team for GPUs/accelerators, CPUs, storage, ODM/CM, servers, and racks.
• Define multi-year roadmaps and commodity strategies with engineering and platform teams.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing, supplier qualification, multi-sourcing, and performance management to meet build schedules.
• Negotiate major agreements focused on pricing, volume, and delivery; drive supply and capacity with key vendors.
