Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a senior sourcing leader to drive procurement strategy for a diverse power generation portfolio. You will oversee contracting, lead major supplier negotiations, and implement best practices across EPC projects, ensuring cost-effective, reliable supply chain outcomes.

Lead and mentor sourcing teams, align activities with corporate goals, and engage stakeholders to sustain performance in a dynamic energy market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, or related field with 10+ years experience.
• Experience with EPC contract negotiations and major equipment purchasing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, cost drivers and procurement best practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contracting and purchases; lead negotiations for major design, engineering, equipment packages and services.
• Governance direction to contract administrators and sourcing staff.
• Define procurement best practices and drive process improvement.
• Lead and prioritize sourcing initiatives; manage multiple projects.
• Develop strategy for managing sourcing spend to meet goals; include analysis and risk mitigation.
• Supervise Supply Management personnel and support emergency response activities.
