Job summary

Constellation is seeking a Supply Chain leader to develop appropriate sourcing strategies and oversee the construction sourcing function for its energy portfolio. You will lead contracting, supplier negotiations, and governance for major design, engineering, equipment packages, and services contracts across multiple technologies within the power generation industry.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in supply management, strong data analysis, negotiation, and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science, or related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
• Demonstrated project and change management skills.
• Hands on experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage contracting and associated purchases; lead negotiations with suppliers for major design, engineering, equipment packages, and services contracts across multiple technologies within the power generation industry.
• Provide governance direction to contract administrators, procurement and sourcing specialists and other supply personnel, as appropriate, within assigned business and spend categories.
• Define and drive implementation of sourcing, purchasing and best practices; identify trends and best practices to drive process improvement with stakeholders and secure sponsorship.
• Lead personnel to achieve objectives across multiple sourcing initiatives and projects.
• Develop and implement the strategy for effectively managing sourcing and contracting spend to meet company goals; incorporate spend analysis and risk analysis.
• Supervise Supply Management personnel.
• Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned.
