Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a senior procurement leader to shape supplier strategy, optimize sourcing, and lead commercial negotiations. You will manage a spend of about $180 million across a diverse supplier portfolio, driving value creation and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have 7+ years in procurement or category management, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. This remote role offers growth and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; related experience may be considered.
• MBA desirable but not required.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Category Management or related function.
• Experience interfacing with manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategies and delivering innovative business solutions.
• Strong category expertise in direct raw materials within food/pharma/nutraceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term Category Sourcing Strategies and optimize supplier agreements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to deliver year-over-year productivity.
• Manage supplier performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Create sustainable sourcing activities including GHG reduction and traceability.
• Support new product launches by leveraging supplier partnerships.
