Haddad Brands, a privately held family business with over 100 years of experience in children’s apparel and accessories, is seeking a Senior Sourcing Associate in New York. You will determine final product costing and prioritize global deliveries for iconic licensed brands.

The role involves supporting the Sourcing Manager, managing production packages, and coordinating with Demand Planning and overseas offices to ensure timely buys and updates, plus preparing seasonal pricing recaps with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years of experience as Sourcing Coordinator or Sourcing Associate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AS400 knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Sourcing Manager by handling daily emails and inquiries.
• Prepare and monitor production packets and costings.
• Assist with final costing decisions and cost modifications.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning on buys and stock orders.
• Communicate status of samples and orders to sales and offices.
• Create price charts and seasonal pricing recaps by brand.
• Support ongoing reporting and special projects.
