Job summary

Haddad Brands seeks an Associate Sample Manager in New York to coordinate seasonal sample development across brands and categories. You will serve as a key liaison between Design, Merchandising, Sales, Sourcing, and overseas factories to ensure sample requests are accurate, timely, and tracked through completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in the fashion industry (children’s wear knowledge a plus).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain seasonal sample requests across multiple brands and product categories, ensuring requests are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Track sample status, key milestones, and factory deliverables throughout the product development calendar, proactively following up on outstanding items.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between internal cross-functional teams and global sourcing partners to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Consolidate sample requests, fabric needs, and development updates to streamline communication with factories.
• Monitor seasonal sample timelines and escalate potential risks or delays that could impact key milestones.
• Partner with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Operations, and Calendar teams to ensure alignment on sample priorities and delivery expectations.
• Assist in maintaining seasonal sample trackers, reporting, dashboards, and master files.
• Prepare recurring reports and seasonal analysis to provide visibility into sample status, factory performance, and on-time delivery metrics.

Overview:
