Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an A-Brands Analytics Analyst responsible for data needed for negotiation prep and business reporting, building tools to unlock insights that drive scale and improve supplier negotiations. You will lead cross-functional partnerships, own reporting timelines, and develop dashboards using DSS, PowerBI and Circana to support cost negotiations, RFPS, and strategic initiatives.

Hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC; Quincy, MA;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 6+ years of combined experience related to data & analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in system tools (DSS, PowerBI, Circana, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Project Management/Facilitation
• Change Management

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Project Management: Oversight of and management to deliverable timelines for key project tools.
• Strategic Planning: Enable the strategic direction by providing reporting tools to drive collaboration across ADUSA.
• Performance Excellence: Deliver high-quality work with analytical excellence and SME insights.
• Trusted Thought Partner: Serve as a peer to Sourcing Analysts to leverage size and scale.
• Develop and Deliver Insightful Negotiation Themes: Synthesize data for packs and decks to yield insights.
• Sharing Best Practices: Train and onboard new A Brands associates.
• System Expertise: Leverage DSS, PowerBI, Circana to identify opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Refine Ways of Working to improve efficiency.
• Personal Development & Continuous Learning: Maintain IDP and pursue trainings.
• Additional job duties as needed.
