Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to join our procurement team and drive sourcing strategies for retail technology categories. This remote role supports EST or CST time zones and is a W2 contract position with competitive hourly pay.

You will lead RFPs, contract reviews, and spend analysis while collaborating with internal teams to maximize savings and supplier value. Strong communication and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, RFP support, contract handling, and spend analysis.
• Experience with sourcing and data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of sourcing strategies for retail technology categories to optimize costs.
• Conduct opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling.
• Assist in preparing and managing RFPs and review contracts for compliance and value.

Our client, a leading organization in retail technology and operations, is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Sourcing Analyst, you will be an integral part of the procurement and sourcing department supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Remote (EST or CST preferred)
Pay Range: $40-50/hr
Contract: W2

What's the Job?

Support the execution of sourcing strategies for retail technology categories to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships. Conduct opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling to identify sourcing opportunities. Assist in preparing and managing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and review contracts to ensure compliance and value. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop performance metrics and continuous improvement plans. Analyze spend data, track benefits, and support supplier performance evaluations to maximize savings and efficiency.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, RFP support, contract handling, and spend analysis. Experience with sourcing tools and data visualization is preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
