Job summary

Northwest Permanente PC in Oregon seeks a Senior Sourcer to partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through the full recruitment lifecycle.

This 12-month temporary term position focuses on physician and executive recruitment, employer branding, and analytics to measure outcomes. Occasional travel within the United States may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing.
• Experience recruiting physicians, executives, or other hard-to-fill roles.
• Proven success building pipelines and achieving hiring goals.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and candidate engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Identify active and passive candidates via social media, referrals, networking, and job boards.
• Utilize labor market insights to inform recruiting strategies.
• Ensure a consistent employer brand throughout the candidate journey.
• Support recruitment for physicians and other hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage candidates, provide information on opportunities, compensation, and processes.
• Assist with offers and candidate engagement throughout lifecycle.
• Develop relationships with medical schools and professional associations.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and events.
• Manage relationships with sourcing vendors and evaluate platforms.
