Overview

The Senior Sourcer partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-priority positions. This role builds diverse talent pipelines, leverages market intelligence and innovative sourcing techniques, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience. This is a 12-month temporary term position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies aligned with workforce needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates using social media, referrals, networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Utilize labor market insights and industry trends to inform recruiting strategies and improve results.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand throughout the candidate journey.

Physician & Critical Role Recruitment

  • Support recruitment efforts for physicians and other hard-to-fill positions.
  • Serve as a key contact for candidates, providing information about opportunities, compensation, benefits, and hiring processes.
  • Assist with offer discussions and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Talent Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, professional associations, and community organizations.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.
  • Manage relationships with sourcing vendors and evaluate platform effectiveness.

Recruitment Marketing & Analytics

  • Execute recruitment marketing campaigns, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline activity, and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Meet or exceed established sourcing and recruitment performance goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing.
  • Experience recruiting physicians, executives, senior-level professionals, or other difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and achieving hiring goals.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience.
  • Experience using iCIMS or similar ATS platforms.
