LMI is seeking a Senior Systems-of-Systems SME Lead to provide strategic and technical leadership for PMOD’s integration of interdependent OT capabilities across USBP and CBP. The role emphasizes systems-of-systems engineering, enterprise architecture, and governance to ensure interoperable, enterprise-wide capabilities.

The position requires a senior leader with federal mission experience; travel up to 20% and CBP BI background clearance are anticipated.

Mansioni

• Serve as PMOD’s senior systems-of-systems engineering advisor for USBP/CBP initiatives.
• Develop and advance a systems-of-systems approach enabling interoperable, scalable, resilient mission capabilities.
• Apply enterprise architecture and integration best practices to assess interactions within CBP technology landscape.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of sensors, AI analytics, comms, data platforms, and unmanned systems.
• Identify dependencies, risks, constraints, and lifecycle considerations affecting outcomes.
• Develop repeatable engineering patterns, reference architectures, and governance processes.
