Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager for Intelligence Center X, Mendix, and related portfolio. You’ll craft compelling narratives, enable sales with messaging, and collaborate across product marketing, campaigns, and field teams to accelerate pipeline.

You will translate complex platform capabilities into practical business outcomes for CIOs, data teams, and developers, shaping industry messaging and supporting launches and analyst engagements.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in Solutions/Product/Industry Marketing or Go-to-Market in enterprise software or B2B SaaS.
• Experience developing solution messaging for AI, analytics, cloud platforms, or enterprise tech.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex solution selling.
• Experience creating sales enablement content and customer-facing messaging.
• Excellent written, presentation, and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex tech.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across product, sales, marketing and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated solution messaging and positioning for Intelligence Center X and Mendix across priority industries and use cases.
• Translate platform capabilities into customer-focused narratives that articulate business outcomes and value.
• Create messaging frameworks tailored to key buying personas including CIOs and business leaders.
• Ensure messaging aligns with the Intelligence Center X and Mendix narrative while addressing industry priorities.
• Create solution briefs, messaging guides, presentations, playbooks, sales tools, and customer assets.
