Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years in security system installation with a focus on complex/high-security systems.
• Strong knowledge of advanced security technologies and integration.
• Experience leading installation teams and project management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and configuration of complex security systems.
• Manage large-scale installation projects from planning to execution.
• Supervise technicians on-site and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with clients to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare documentation such as layouts and reports.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies and safety.
