We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our sales efforts. In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Executives to present tailored solutions to enterprise prospects, guiding them from initial engagement through product demonstration and deal closure. Your blend of technical expertise and industry insight will help showcase how our platform solves real-world challenges. This is a remote position with travel required, offering the chance to work in a fast-growing tech environment and contribute to the evolution of cutting-edge software for the construction and field service industries.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales engagements, owning support from initial inquiry to contract close.
  • Develop and deliver customized demos and presentations that address prospect needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving alignment across functions.
  • Train new Account Executives to understand the platform’s features and technical value.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet project deadlines and improve solution offerings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance product delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solution engineering or pre-sales roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction or field service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both virtually and in person.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Technical proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Slack, and project/accounting platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 35–45% of the time to meet clients and attend events.
