- Lead Discovery and Scoping sessions with prospects to advise, recommend, and acquire scope requirements for estimations.
- Provide architecture leadership across Salesforce and ERP Systems during presales to establish guiding design principles.
- Own and deliver standard product demos, guiding prospects through key features and workflows to showcase how our solution addresses their business challenges.
- Analyze the customer's current environment to detect critical deficiencies impacting project success and determine necessary Neocol roles.
- Collaborate with SD to identify and analyze enterprise business drivers for program justification.
- Create resource plans and proposals to co-present with SDs to prospects and customers.
- Contribute to and create reusable assets and artifacts in presales, including scoping questions, decks, proposal formats, SOW templates, etc.
- Draft and define scope assumptions and delineate in scope/out of scope for projects.
- Lead Sales to Delivery Handoff to ensure the delivery team has comprehensive customer overview, project goals, and scope details.
- Articulate and present Program Roadmaps and oversee programs for strategic clients.
- Explore new Salesforce products and present POVs, brownbag sessions, and webinars.
- Identify and participate in creating commercialization strategies to address common customer use cases and pain points.
- Stay informed about industry trends (AppExchange, Salesforce Apps, Third-party Solutions) and their potential impact on system architectures.
