The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Solution Engineer. You’ll be the go-to expert for partners and customers, helping them bring big ideas to life.

This is a high-impact, hands-on pre-sales and implementation support role - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving problems, and enjoys working closely with enterprise customers. You’ll work across industries and with big-name clients, supporting them from initial solution design through to implementation and success stories.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be a trusted advisor to partners and customers during the solution lifecycle
  • Lead technical discovery, product walkthroughs, and implementation planning
  • Educate users on platform features, use cases, and best practices
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and guide clients through challenges
  • Build success stories and use cases that demonstrate real business impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams

What Success Looks Like - You're the go-to expert for customers. You’ll earn trust, create clarity, and help clients extract maximum value from the platform.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in CRM or ERP system architecture and design (medium to large projects)
  • 2+ years hands-on backend development (Salesforce APEX experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and database relationships (SQL or SOQL)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Native-level fluency in English
  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge would be a major advantage
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service
