Job summary
NCR Atleos, a global leader in expanding financial access, seeks a technical leader to translate customer IT service requirements into robust solutions and contracts. You will design solutions used by developers to deploy high-quality systems, and you will coordinate SME resources to ensure accurate costing and delivery.
The role emphasizes DevOps automation, agile methodologies, and delivering on time and within budget for financial industry clients with travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with Windows Server installations and administration.
- Proficient in Windows services, event logs, and troubleshooting.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer IT services requirements into solutions/contracts.
- Create solution designs used by development resources to build and deploy.
- Lead and manage technical resources to deliver customer financial industry solutions.
- Provide presales technical support and deliver services presentations to customers.
- Ensure projects meet time, cost, technical and customer objectives.
- Engage SMEs for solution costing and development when needed.
