Job summary

Epiq seeks an experienced CLM Solution Architect to lead design, integration architecture, and oversight for enterprise CLM implementations. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and offshore teams to deliver scalable, well-governed CLM solutions that serve legal, procurement, and sales stakeholders.

Responsibilities include ownership of integration workstreams, advising on value-driven architectures, and supporting e-signature integrations with DocuSign or Adobe Sign.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise CLM implementation experience with leading platforms.
• Strong CLM domain knowledge across pre/post-signature workflows and templates.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or design authority on complex CLM projects.
• Hands‑on integrations between CLM and systems (P2P, S2P, CRM, ERP, HR, finance).
• Experience with DocuSign and/or Adobe Sign.

Responsibilities

• Serve as solution and design authority for CLM implementations and approvals.
• Provide hands‑on CLM platform expertise across Agiloft, Malbek, Conga, and related technologies.
• Architect and troubleshoot integrations between CLM and enterprise systems.
• Own integration workstreams: requirements, design, configuration, mappings, testing, and vendor coordination.
• Support customers and third‑party teams with data flows, security, error handling, and test scenarios.
• Lead CLM solution design across intake, authoring, review, negotiation, approvals, execution, and post‑execution management.
• Advise on value-driven technical solutions for legal and business stakeholders.
• Support e-signature tool integration (DocuSign/Adobe Sign).
• Oversee offshore configuration teams and provide design clarification and escalation support.
• Assist UAT, defect triage, deployment readiness, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
