Liberate is the System of Action for Insurance, building insurance-native AI agents to resolve customer requests end to end across sales, service, and claims. The Senior Solutions Engineer role sits on the go-to-market team to own the technical pre-sale process, collaborating with Account Executives and Deployment to ensure what we sell is what we deliver.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years in solutions engineering or solutions consulting.
• Experience with CCaaS, UCaaS or voice AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Executive presence and a consultative approach to discovery with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to build and run demos yourself.
• Working knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
• High ownership, urgency and comfort with the pace of a growing startup.

Responsabilités

• Run technical discovery with insurers, agencies and IT teams.
• Build and deliver tailored demos showing how Nicole fits into workflows.
• Define fit and scope of each solution with the customer.
• Lead workshops with customer stakeholders and own the solution design/SOW from draft to signature.
• Handoff signed deals to Deployment with full context for delivery.
• Scope new use cases with the account owner as customers grow.
