The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a technical customer-facing role, strong DevOps skills, and outstanding presentation abilities. Compensation is competitive, with a base pay range of $153,000 to $191,000.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an engineer in application development, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Extensive experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD concepts and scripting languages.
• Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and management of CircleCI demonstrations.
• Serve as a technical advisor for customers on product implementation.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer use cases for optimization.
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions and workshops.
