Job summary

AEP Service Corporation is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and install software solutions across the enterprise. You will participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and production support using Waterfall or Agile methods.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of enterprise development experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server reporting, REST APIs, and familiarity with Azure AD, SSO/OIDC/SAML.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field required.
• 5+ years of enterprise application development and support experience.
• Strong SQL Server reporting development and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with C# and .NET applications.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, OAuth, OIDC and SAML.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, IIS, certificates, OData, SQL Server Management Studio, PowerShell, and system/database integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology Project Managers, Architects, Business Stakeholders across the SDLC.
• Develop and support integrations, upgrades, and administration of enterprise applications.
• Diagnose production incidents and implement sustainable solutions within SLAs.
• Produce technical documentation including architecture, interfaces, dependencies and support procedures.
• Build relationships across IT and Business teams to achieve complex goals.
