Job summary

IES is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to bridge business needs and the development team, shaping scalable architectures using the Microsoft stack. You will collaborate with stakeholders, create prototypes, and guide delivery of AI-enabled solutions that automate processes.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure, .NET, SQL Server, and ERP integrations is required, along with excellent communication to align business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional IT experience, including 5+ years in a solutions architecture or senior engineering role.
• Hands-on Microsoft stack skills with Azure, .NET/C#, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, capture, and document business requirements; translate into technical specifications.
• Develop hands-on prototypes and PoCs to validate approaches.
• Design AI-enabled solutions and integrate AI models into workflows.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across Microsoft stack (Azure, Fabric, .NET, SQL Server).
• Mentor developers, lead design reviews, and remove blockers.
