Salary: $130,000 – $155,000 Base ($190,000 – $220,000 OTE)

As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success—helping the world’s top companies understand how this platform can unlock value from their data.
You will:
Partner with Account Executives to support enterprise-level sales conversations
Lead technical discovery sessions and product demos for data, engineering, and business stakeholders
Identify technical solutions and implementation strategies tailored to customer use cases
Create custom demos, proof of concepts, and technical documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, advocating for best practices in data activation
You’re a technical problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve success through data.
4+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing role
Strong understanding of data tools (e.g., data warehouses, reverse ETL, ETL, BI platforms)
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
Proven experience supporting sales cycles for enterprise customers
Experience with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, or similar
Prior work with SaaS companies or startups
Strong understanding of privacy, security, and compliance considerations in enterprise data environments
Base Salary: $130K – $155K, with an OTE of $190K – $220K (70/30 split)
Meaningful equity in the form of ISO options
