SitusAMC is on a Digital Transformation journey to strategize, implement, and automate end-to-end product delivery using turn-key technologies. We are seeking a Senior Engineer passionate about programming and knowledgeable in Cloud technologies such as Terraform, AWS Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and familiar with Git development. The engineer/developer will provide strategic input and implement enterprise-scale automation for scalability, performance, security, and availability.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Work as both an individual contributor and mentor within the Cloud development platform and SRE teams, focusing on developing and maintaining in-house Infrastructure as Code Automation.
2. Be highly skilled in Terraform components and recognized as an expert in Infrastructure as Code automation pipelines.
3. Provision critical infrastructure components across multiple environments using Terraform integrated with Azure DevOps.
4. Develop tactical plans for IaC strategy and implementation, considering varying maturity levels of software products.
5. Mentor teammates on technical tools and processes.
6. Provide regular project status updates to management.
7. Ensure adherence to AWS Well-Architected Framework and best practices.
8. Support development of features using modern tools, focusing on building scalable, future-proof systems.
9. Architect and develop new components within AWS cloud technologies.
10. Share knowledge on cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming.
11. Establish Cloud Infrastructure Design best practices, templates, and processes.
12. Collaborate with partners and contribute to design and architectural decisions.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, including 1+ years at a Senior Associate level or equivalent.
3. Experience in automation related to infrastructure operations.
4. Extensive experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methodologies.
5. Expertise in provisioning AWS components using automation and best practices.
6. Proficiency in various AWS cloud components for designing applications.
7. Terraform expertise for Infrastructure as Code.
8. Strong skills in Azure DevOps development.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to develop and implement AI models and algorithms.
• Deep expertise in language models, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and model validation.
• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Python, and ML/AI stacks.
• Familiarity with AWS-native AI/ML services and security compliance frameworks.

The annual full-time salary range is $140,000 - $170,000, determined by various factors including experience and location. Some positions may be eligible for bonuses and benefits including PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
