Job summary

EOG Resources is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to drive data analysis and the development of analytical tools for land operations. You will collaborate with the development and land teams to implement software specs and present results clearly to end users.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, analyzing production issues, creating technical documentation, and supporting both in-house and third-party applications. Experience in Oil & Gas is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems is preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in land support or Information Systems.
• Familiarity with the Oil & Gas industry is a must.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong ability to gather and document business requirements and design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and provide customer support for software applications.
• Analyze production issues and implement short- and long-term fixes.
• Test and support deployment of applications and releases.
• Prepare administrator documentation and train users.
• Develop specifications for new or existing products and create SQL-based reports.
