Job summary

InEight is seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to partner with our sales team and clients on presales opportunities. You will map client requirements to InEight solutions, run product demonstrations, and contribute to proposals and pilots to demonstrate measurable value in project controls for construction and engineering projects.

The role supports a flexible work model with client-facing activity in major metropolitan regions and some travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution/Sales Engineering or 10+ years in capital projects.
• Experience in Project Controls, Scheduling, Estimating or Cost Management, ideally in construction/engineering.
• Experience conducting software demonstrations or training is highly desired.
• Hands-on with enterprise project controls platforms such as InEight/ Primavera P6/ EcoSys.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery meetings to capture client requirements and support RFP responses.
• Demonstrate how InEight solutions meet client needs through web-based and in-person demos.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Product teams to map requirements to capabilities.
• Conduct pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate client requirements.
• Support proposals with business value content linking InEight capabilities to client objectives.
• Maintain data in demo environments and participate in product release readiness.
